Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Welcome to Advanced Multisport Design (“AMD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website, booking services, purchasing packages, or participating in treatments, assessments, movement sessions, or wellness offerings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please review carefully.

1. Services

AMD provides wellness, movement, performance, recovery, and herbal support services that may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized Treatment Sessions
  • Diagnostic Gait Analysis
  • Custom Performance Insoles
  • Speed & Movement Training
  • Herbal Treatment & Functional Healing Support
  • Recovery and performance-related services

Services are individualized and designed to support movement, wellness, recovery, and performance. Results may vary from person to person.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, emergency care, or physician recommendations.

Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Appointments, treatment packages, memberships, and prepaid services must be paid in full prior to services being rendered.

Prices, packages, and offerings are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the individualized nature of our services and reserved appointment availability, all sales are final.

AMD does not offer refunds for services, prepaid sessions, treatment plans, memberships, packages, custom products, or any unused services for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Relocation
  • Dissatisfaction with timing of results
  • Failure to complete recommended treatment plans

By purchasing services, clients acknowledge and agree that AMD will fulfill the number of services purchased, and no refunds will be issued.

In certain situations, prepaid services may be transferred at AMD’s sole discretion.

4. Treatment Commitment & Results

AMD believes meaningful healing, performance improvement, and long-term results often require consistency and multiple sessions.

While some clients may experience immediate improvements, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, timelines, or results.

Clients understand that one-time sessions may not provide lasting improvement and that treatment recommendations are based on professional assessment and individualized needs.

Participation in care plans, movement retraining, herbal protocols, or continued sessions is voluntary.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

No-shows may result in the loss of the scheduled appointment and/or session credit.

Repeated cancellations or scheduling inconsistencies may limit future booking availability.

While we do our best to accommodate scheduling needs, appointment availability cannot be guaranteed.

6. Weather & Emergency Policy

Client and practitioner safety is a priority.

In the event of severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, AMD reserves the right to reschedule appointments.

Clients will be notified as soon as possible if scheduling changes are necessary.

7. Minor Clients

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required consent forms prior to participation in services.

A parent or guardian may be required to remain present during sessions at AMD’s discretion.

By consenting to treatment, guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of movement, performance, and wellness-based services.

8. Herbal Wellness Disclaimer

Herbal recommendations and functional wellness support provided through AMD are educational and wellness-focused in nature.

Herbal consultations are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Clients are responsible for disclosing medications, allergies, medical diagnoses, and other relevant health information prior to beginning herbal support.

AMD recommends discussing herbal use with a healthcare provider, particularly during pregnancy, while nursing, or when taking prescription medications.

9. Assumption of Risk

By participating in AMD services, clients understand there are inherent risks associated with physical treatment, movement training, manual therapy, exercise, speed work, and wellness practices.

These risks may include soreness, discomfort, aggravation of symptoms, fatigue, bruising, soft tissue sensitivity, or injury.

Clients voluntarily assume responsibility for participation and agree to communicate any concerns, injuries, or changes in health status.

10. Custom Insoles & Products

Custom insoles and wellness-related products are individualized based on assessment findings and client needs.

Due to customization, all custom products are final sale and non-refundable.

Adjustment periods may be necessary as the body adapts to biomechanical changes.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, text, materials, logos, photos, and educational content are the property of AMD and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through intake forms, consultations, and website inquiries will be treated respectfully and used for scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes.

We do not sell client information.

13. Changes to Terms

AMD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or participation in services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
