About Us

We believe healing should be intentional. Advanced Multi-Sport Design offers a personalized experience rooted in natural healing, hands-on care, and long-term wellness. Led by Tracy Peal, every service is designed to support how your body moves, heals, and performs without quick fixes.

The AMD Experience

Personalized & Thorough

Nothing about AMD feels rushed or one-size-fits-all. From the first session, we take the time to understand how your body moves, what may be contributing to pain or limitations, and what your goals are. Clients often say they finally feel heard and understood.

Hands-On & Intentional

Every session is designed around what your body needs that day. Through personalized treatment, movement work, and recovery strategies, the focus is on meaningful progress—not quick fixes. We ask clients to trust the process because long-term results take consistency.

Performance & Recovery Focused

Working with AMD feels proactive, not reactive. We help athletes and active individuals move better, recover smarter, and stay ahead of recurring issues so they can perform with more confidence and fewer setbacks.

Whole-Body Support

Recovery goes beyond the treatment table. Alongside Tracy’s movement and hands-on work, Dee’s background in herbalism offers an added layer of wellness support for recovery, sleep, inflammation, and overall well-being—creating a more complete experience.

Our Modalities.

Traditional Thai Medicine Modalities

Hands-on techniques combining assisted stretching, compression, and joint mobilization to improve mobility, circulation, and recovery. Ginger is incorporated for its natural anti-inflammatory and warming properties, helping reduce stiffness, calm the nervous system, and support efficient, pain-free movement.

Bowenwork

A gentle, precise hands-on technique that stimulates the nervous system to reset muscle tension and improve communication between the brain and body. Bowenwork supports pain reduction, improved mobility, and faster recovery by encouraging the body’s natural healing response.

Myofascial Release Techniques

Hands-on techniques that address restrictions within the fascial system to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore efficient movement. By releasing tension and improving tissue hydration, myofascial work supports recovery, durability, and long-term movement health.

Neuromuscular Reprogramming

A targeted approach that retrains how the nervous system communicates with muscles to correct faulty movement patterns. This work improves coordination, efficiency, and control, helping reduce pain, prevent injury, and restore optimal movement function.

Services

Targeted care that goes beyond symptom management—designed to identify root causes, improve movement, and optimize performance.

Many clients come to us after trying multiple approaches without fully resolving their issue. Our process focuses on identifying movement compensations, gait mechanics, and neuromuscular patterns that may have been overlooked, helping uncover why the problem continues to return.

Many of our clients come to us after months—or even years—of traditional treatment without fully resolving their problem. While exercise has its place, we believe that asking the body to perform corrective movements before identifying and addressing the underlying dysfunction often leaves people frustrated and stuck.
At Advanced Multisport Design, our focus is on finding the source of the issue. Through detailed gait analysis, movement assessment, hands-on treatment, neuromuscular retraining, and individualized care, we work to identify the compensation patterns, movement inefficiencies, and restrictions that may be driving pain, recurring injuries, or performance limitations.
Rather than spending most of your session performing generic exercises, treatment is centered around restoring proper function, improving movement quality, and helping your body work the way it was designed to. Once the underlying issues are addressed, the right exercises become significantly more effective.
Our goal isn’t simply to manage symptoms—it’s to create lasting change. That’s why we encourage clients to commit to a process, trust the recommendations, and allow enough time for the body to adapt, recover, and perform at a higher level.

No. Many clients seek treatment to improve performance, prevent injuries, recover faster, or optimize movement before problems develop.

We work with athletes and active individuals of all ages and skill levels, from youth athletes and high school competitors to collegiate athletes, professionals, and adults who simply want to move and feel better.

Our clients come from a wide range of sports, including field hockey, soccer, lacrosse, football, basketball, baseball, softball, golf, tennis, volleyball, track and field, wrestling, swimming, cycling, CrossFit, and endurance sports such as running and triathlon. We also work with active adults dealing with chronic pain, recurring injuries, mobility limitations, or movement inefficiencies that impact daily life.

While every sport places unique demands on the body, our approach focuses on the movement patterns, compensation strategies, and biomechanical factors that often contribute to pain, injury, and performance limitations. Whether you’re looking to recover from an injury, prevent future issues, improve athletic performance, or simply move with greater confidence, treatment is tailored to your individual goals and needs.

Many of our clients come to us after trying other approaches without lasting results. By evaluating how the entire body moves and functions together, we help identify the root causes that may be limiting recovery, performance, or long-term health.

No referral is required.

At AMD we take cash, Venmo, Zelle or credit card. Please note that there is a 3% service charge for all credit card payments.

Advanced Multisport Design operates as a concierge-style practice, allowing us to provide highly personalized care tailored to each client’s needs. Rather than working out of a traditional high-volume clinic, we serve clients through private appointments and select on-site locations.

Booking a session is simple. You can schedule directly through our online booking system or contact us via our website or phone numbers to discuss your goals and determine which service is the best fit for your needs. All our contact information can be found on this website.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation of your movement patterns, gait mechanics, injury history, goals, and areas of concern. Treatment is performed during the same visit if applicable to the session.

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes depending on the service selected unless otherwise discussed.

Every client is different, and some people experience noticeable improvements after their very first session. However, most pain patterns, movement compensations, and performance limitations develop over months or years—not days. Because of this, meaningful and lasting results typically require a consistent treatment plan rather than a one-time visit.

While treatment recommendations are always individualized, we generally encourage clients to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions. This allows enough time to identify underlying dysfunctions, restore proper movement patterns, reinforce new neuromuscular habits, and monitor how the body responds over time. The clients who experience the greatest long-term improvements are almost always those who commit to the process and allow us to build upon each session.

Our goal is not to provide temporary relief that lasts a few days. We focus on creating lasting changes in how your body moves, performs, and recovers. For that reason, we view treatment as a process rather than a quick fix. If you’re looking for long-term results, we encourage you to trust the plan, stay consistent, and give your body the opportunity to adapt and improve.

Most movement dysfunctions develop over months or years. Lasting change typically requires repetition, reinforcement, and progression over time.

While some clients experience immediate relief, long-term improvements usually require a consistent plan and follow-through.

Our most successful clients are those who commit to a process. Memberships allow us to monitor progress, make adjustments, and build lasting improvements over time.

Some techniques may create temporary discomfort, especially when addressing areas of chronic tension or dysfunction, but treatment is always tailored to your comfort level.

Athletic clothing is recommended. Compression shorts or bike shorts worn underneath athletic shorts allow for the most effective assessment and treatment. Minors are required to wear compression (biker) shorts during the session under their athletic clothing.

A gait analysis evaluates how your body moves while walking, running, and performing athletic movements. It can identify inefficiencies, compensation patterns, and potential contributors to pain or injury.

For many athletes and active individuals, gait analysis can provide valuable insight into recurring injuries, movement limitations, and performance barriers.

Yes. By identifying inefficient movement patterns before they become major problems, gait analysis can help reduce injury risk and improve performance.

Yes. Improved movement efficiency often translates to better speed, power, endurance, and recovery.

No. Athletes in virtually any sport can benefit from understanding how their body moves and compensates.

Our insoles are designed using detailed gait analysis and movement assessment rather than relying solely on foot shape. The goal is to support how your entire body functions, not just your feet. We use unique materials in our custom insoles that we have found to be structurally superior and to fully support the foot.

Not necessarily. Orthotics can be part of a larger strategy that includes treatment, movement retraining, and strengthening.

In many cases, foot mechanics influence the entire kinetic chain. Improving foot function may positively impact discomfort elsewhere in the body.

Herbal medicine uses plant-based remedies to support the body’s natural healing processes and overall wellness.

Recommendations are individualized based on your health history, medications, and goals..

In many cases, yes. We encourage clients to continue working with their healthcare providers and discuss all supplements they are taking.

Results vary depending on the individual and the goals of treatment. Some people notice changes quickly, while others benefit from a longer-term approach.
